Please note that for hygiene reasons, adhesive products must be unopened with the protective seals intact to be eligible for a refund.

Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original BOOMBA packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and hygiene seals are undisturbed.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
